Once your order is confirmed, we send a secure Payfast payment link — card, Instant EFT or Zapper. Payflex and PayJustNow let you split the cost into interest-free instalments.

Policies

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern any order placed with Equiphore (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Made to order. All numnahs and systems are made to order. When you order, you confirm the shape, colour and any customisation requested.

Orders & confirmation. Orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we have agreed the specification, lead time and total (including postage), and payment or an agreed deposit has been received.

Pricing. Prices are in South African Rand and exclude postage unless stated. Postage is quoted per order based on your delivery location.

Lead times. As items are made to order, a lead time applies and is confirmed at the time of order. Lead times are good-faith estimates and may vary.

Payment. Payment is made through the secure link we send you — Payfast (card, Instant EFT, Zapper), or in instalments via Payflex or PayJustNow. Production begins once payment is received.

Delivery. We ship nationwide within South Africa. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Returns & Refunds

Made-to-order items. Because each numnah is custom-made to your chosen shape and colour, it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Under the Consumer Protection Act, goods made to your specifications are excluded from the standard cooling-off right.

Faulty or defective goods. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The Consumer Protection Act entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are defective or not of acceptable quality.

How to report an issue. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and clear photos, and we’ll arrange the next step.

Gift vouchers. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy Policy (POPIA)

We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect. When you order, we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details (including WhatsApp number), delivery address and order details.

How we use it. To process and deliver your order, arrange payment, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with. Only what is necessary, with our payment providers (Payfast, Payflex, PayJustNow) and our courier, to fulfil your order.

Your rights. We keep your information only as long as needed for your order and our legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
